JR-3B Ointment Gel for HS-WEDM (Brightness Type)
◆ Concentration Solution:
1. Put the ointment into running water with a ratio 1:40-50 and stir until mix the ointment into water thoroughly.
2. Avoid hard water such as well water or ground water.

It is used for cooling of wire electric discharge cutting of various metal materials (HS-WEDM) and also suitable for cooling of metal cutting.
◆ Features:
The product is improved based on JR-3A gel, which inherits all the advantages of JR-3A. Besides, JR-3B ointment further improves the stability of large thickness cutting and upgrade the stability of small parameter finishing used for one-time and multiple cutting with micro-energy:
1. Highproportion, fast dissolution and easy to use;
2. Uniform and whitefinish surface without commutation stripes after the workpiece is cleaned with kerosene;
3. JR-3B gelshows fine cutting stability under high-energy processing conditions (average processing current>5A), cutting efficiency increased by 30%, the surface quality improved by half grade, the electrode wire loss reduced by 50%, and the service life of molybdenum wire greatly extended compared with the traditional emulsified oil;

1. When replenishing, please add JR-3B and water in proportion;
2. Please use themagnet to suck the workpiece after cutting, so as not to drop and break the molybdenum wire;
3. When cutting large thickness, properly slow down the variable frequency tracking speed, adjusting from zero to stable cutting, and the ammeter will basically no longer shake.
